Tj Connor was a pleasure to work with in the purchase of my home in St Cloud. He negotiated everything to get me the best deal and gave me great advice. He is professional, friendly, and was always available to take my call. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend to others.

I've been working with TJ for over a year, extremely difficult, legal battle to sell my parents home. Every unimaginable situation including a very resistant, problematic sibling refusing to cooperate. TJ handled our sale, assisted my sister along the way, handling every obstacle with professionalism, patience and solutions. We closed this week after 2 years of court battles, very satisfied with the result of the sale. I owe much gratitude to TJ, his perseverance, positivity, kindness, mediation skills, professionalism, constant communication and knowledge was priceless getting the job done and done right by all parties involved. Thank you TJ!!!

My wife and I just purchased a home with TJ as our realtor after a lengthy & extensive search. Being new to the area, it took us a while to determine the area we wanted to purchase our home. TJ was great to assist us and provide insights and recommendations. He took us through a number of homes and was very patient with us while we tried to find just the right place. TJ was always available and highly responsive to us throughout our entire search for a new home. He worked very hard to find properties we would like and suited our needs and was very honest and open about the properties we were interested in. We ended up finding a great place at a good price and TJ helped us throughout the offer and closing process. He also provided us with a number of helpful referrals for services such as the inspection, mortgage, home repairs, etc. TJ supported us through and beyond our closing date and has continued to check in with us to ensure that we are still satisfied with our home purchase. My wife and I would highly recommend TJ as a realtor.
