Overall good experience

Selling a Florida property from Hungary presented far more challenges than we ever anticipated. Being overseas and unfamiliar with the local procedures made the process especially difficult, but having Edit Gabor as our Realtor made all the difference. From the very beginning to the successful closing, Edit handled every challenge with exceptional professionalism, knowledge, determination, and care. There were numerous unexpected issues involving the property, condominium matters, repairs, tax-related concerns, negotiations, and a difficult market. She never backed down from a problem—instead, she found solutions and kept everything moving forward. Communication was outstanding, even with the significant time difference and the buyer and seller being on different continents. Edit was always responsive, proactive, supportive, and genuinely committed to protecting our interests. What impressed us most was that she went far beyond what we expected from a real estate professional. She treated our transaction as if it were her own and never stopped working until every issue was resolved. We are extremely grateful for everything Edit did for us and could not recommend her more highly. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, trustworthy, and truly caring Realtor, Edit Gabor is an exceptional choice!
