Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit. Her knowledge of the area, and market, in both older and newer houses as well as properties and builder was top notch. We were back and forth on buying a home or build on a property and ended up purchasing a home and Jessica was with us every step of the way, answering questions, running down recommendation and being a true professional all the way! Overall good experience

My home needed some repairs and updates prior to selling. Dave was able to provide me referrals to get this work completed. Each person he recommended provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. He was knowledgeable about the area and market. My home sold quickly and I was happy with the selling price. He went above and beyond.
