She was there every step of the way and truly went above and beyond for us. Not only did Josee organize and manage the entire sales process, but she also helped coordinate vendors and everything that needed to be done to get the house ready to sell. She took an incredibly hands-on approach and helped keep everything moving, which made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. Her communication was excellent, she was always available when we needed her, and we genuinely felt like we had someone in our corner looking out for our best interests. Josee didn’t just want to sell our house; she cared about making sure the entire experience went as smoothly as possible. The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home.
