I had an excellent experience working with Jasmine as my realtor. She represented me throughout my home search and purchase, and her professionalism, expertise, and dedication stood out from day one. She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the local market, and always advocated for my best interests. Jasmine made the process smooth by coordinating with all parties involved and keeping me updated at every stage. If you’re looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, detail-oriented, and truly invested in your success, I highly recommend Jasmine!

Not enough stars to give Jim McQuade for his exceptional service in assisting me with a difficult house closing. From the very start we had communication issues from the seller and the listing agent. Jim stayed on top of everything and with his expertise and recommendations, I was able to finally close on the house. He recommended a mortgage company that could help assist with a quick close and a fast and reliable inspection company. Jim and Tatiana made sure documents were signed on time for a final and smooth close. I would without a doubt use Jim again for purchasing or selling a house. He doesn’t miss a beat and truly goes above and beyond! Thank you Jim and Tatiana!

Ali did a fantastic job with the purchase of our dream home! He made sure he made it happen with his expertise and was diligent throughout the whole process! Loved working with his team!

Holly is truly Amazing! I was referred to her from a home inspector after an issue filled report on a house I found on my own. I’m so happy I made the call. From our first conversation her attitude and communication was top tier. She went above and beyond what I expected from a buyer’s agent and made the process as stress-free as possible. Coming from way out of state, we had a lot of ground to cover the second I got off the plane. Holly mapped out a game plan so we could see as many properties as possible in one day while focusing on homes that actually fit what we were looking for. She wasn’t trying to make a sale, she was trying to find us our home! She took the time to really get to know us, understand our vision, and then went out and found homes that matched our family’s needs. I had never met her in person before the day I flew in to tour homes with her, yet it felt like I’d known her for years. When I wasn’t able to fly down, she personally walked through homes taking detailed videos and photos so I could truly get a feel for the property, even from a thousand miles away. The home we ended up purchasing was one I hadn’t seen in person before making the decision. That’s how much trust I put in Holly! She walked it, felt it was the one for us, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in signing. She earned that level of trust through her dedication and personable nature. She truly invested herself into helping us find the right home. I honestly can’t thank or recommend her highly enough. If I could have flown her to Philly to sell my house for me, I would have, because that’s how great my experience was. Holly made home buying exciting! I’m sharing this review because I hope others get to experience the same level of service, commitment, and genuine care that we did. If you’re looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile and treat your home search or sale like it’s her own, Holly is the person you want in your corner.
