I met Mark at an open house at a time when I was really serious about buying a home. I had been looking for a while on my own and also using another realtor but had not been able to find my dream home. Mark asked if he could work with me to find the right house. Mark took the lead he was extremely attentive and took the time to answer the many question I had about the properties we visited, the home buying process, neighborhoods and school and lots of other questions unique to a single female looking for a home. I felt like I could trust Mark to have my best interest at heart and that was really important to me. If you are looking for a realtor that knows his stuff and takes pleasure in finding a house that will make you smile, this is your guy. He is the best.

From the very beginning, Chris took the time to explain different types of homes and areas of The Villages. We had long talks and learned a great deal from him. He was never impatient or in a hurry. And he educated us with a strong sense of humor. Very responsive and honest. Made sure we didn't pay to much for a home that was not worth the price. Also had good insight into looking for possible issues at homes including finding a drainage issue at one home that we almost bought, allowing us to back out and avoid costly repairs.
