We had an outstanding experience with Matt, at the helm. We were introduced to Matt, late last year, and were impressed by his knowledge and good nature. We told him that we would like him to sell our home for us this spring. Matt, provided excellent advice concerning getting the house ready for sale and quickly received numerous requests to view the house. Received the first offer just after six days on the market and accepted the final, and higher than our asking price, offer after 20 days on the market. It was a smooth, drama-free process from start to finish with zero pressure. We highly recommend Matt!!

Kim takes the time to listen to what you want and show you houses throughout the week that meet the guidelines you set or houses you asked to see. She has fully has your back and will let you know if a house is over priced. She has renovation experience and will let you know what she would do in your shoes if a house may be a fixer upper. I firmly believe Kim has your best interests in mind when working as your real estate agent and you will be pleased with your final outcome on whatever you decide to purchase.

Caroline takes the time, effort and energy to see to every detail. She worked through every step with grace and ease! I am so thankful to call her, my friend and my forever lifetime Realtor!

Noelle and Angie are excellent communicators and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them for both buying and selling!
