Kristin was with me every step of the way, from showing me homes, helping schedule our inspection and appraisal, right down to attending our closing. She made sure to put my needs first and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I will definitely be calling her for future purchases, she's wonderful!

Gigi went truly above and beyond throughout the entire process of selling our home. She treated the house as if it were her own, from cleaning up messes to making sure everything was always in tip-top shape for showings. She was incredibly responsive, easy to reach, knowledgeable, and always on top of every detail. I never had to worry because I knew Gigi was handling everything. She genuinely cares about her clients and puts in the extra effort that makes such a difference. Gigi is an absolute dream to work with, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. If you’re looking for an agent who is hardworking, knowledgeable, responsive, and will truly go above and beyond for you, Gigi is the one!

Danny Dhannu with Elite Investors Realty did an amazing job for helping us sell our four-bedroom, 2½-bath home in St. Cloud. My mom had a difficult decision and he help us make it ease. My mom had to relocate to Canada, but Danny made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. Despite the market changes, Danny’s professionalism, communication, and negotiation skills truly stood out. He coordinated everything seamlessly, kept us informed every step of the way, and secured a great offer for our home. Danny went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of — even from miles away. He’s an amazing realtor who genuinely cares about his clients, and we’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Florida. Thank you, Danny, for your hard work, dedication, and outstanding results!

I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things! Tara maintained turquoise and got us through gracefully.

Mrs Lawonza has been with me throughout the most trying obstacle of finding my 1st home for over 7 months, motivating me to keep focused & to stay positive (because you can definitely lose faith in this process), but in her words you MUST "Stay the course". She was very knowledgeable whenever any questions would arise, & if she didn't know she had no problem with telling you she didn't, but she wouldn't stop there, she made it a point to research & got back to me with an answer! It has been a long & very stressful journey, but it was well worth the ending results of me officially becoming a new home buyer & for this I say "She's good in my book" & if you're reading this & in the market for a new home you'd be insane to not check her out! Thank you again Mrs Lawonza!!

Christine was an excellent agent who went above and beyond what was required of most agents. She communicated with us frequently concerning what was happening with our home. We could not have asked for a better selling experience thanks to her. Would definitely use her again if needed.

If you are looking for a realtor that will treat you like family. Look no further. When we started our journey to find our next home, we were unprepared for the ups and downs that the process can go through. Luckily our agents were 3 steps ahead of any situation. From their expertise in finding us the right area and giving us home options that gave us features and benefits we had not even thought of, to being a reassuring friend when we hit the normal bumps along the way. I’m so grateful for their kind and patient spirit, for the cookies and the apples and for the attention to detail right down to helping us find the water and electric company I would need. Time and time again, I was both surprised and throughly impressed by the experience they provided. I will never buy or sell a home with any other agent.
