Very responsive and honest. Made sure we didn't pay to much for a home that was not worth the price. Also had good insight into looking for possible issues at homes including finding a drainage issue at one home that we almost bought, allowing us to back out and avoid costly repairs.

Joanne is always on point! As soon as I sent her a question, it was answered right away. I needed help staging, she helped! I needed help getting out of the house for showings, she helped! I even needed help cleaning and she helped! She was my Rock in this storm! It is why I also selected her in purchasing out new home. Once again she dedicated herself to our cause holidays, weekends, I wonder if she sleeps at all! We could not have made it to this point without her!!! I can only highly recommend her!

Loretta and her team always returned calls and texts promptly and answered my questions. After making the improvements to the house Loretta suggested and agreeing on a price, we listed it and had four offers in as many days. Loretta was also very patient with me(us) as we were selling under some difficult circumstances.
