Megan Jones is a Top Producing Realtor..for real. She listens. She understands. And she kept me updated all thru each steps. From beginning to end. She is dedicated to her work. If I had any questions, she would respond back within reasonable time. I am grateful for her help. She put house on market February 2023..by end of March 2023..had closing. If you want a realtor that makes things happen..I recommend Megan Jones. She knows people..who knows people!. Especially way this economy and housing market has been..you want someone that knows what they are doing in your corner. On your side. Again thank you Megan. Henry Julie Bohannon.

I was a property owner and Paula at BNB Reality was my manager for over ten years. I lived out of state for the entirety of the relationship and felt at ease. Paula gave me honest assessments of property repair requirements, tenant issues, upgrades, and made payments a simple process. The home was never without a tenant for more than a month. When I decide to sell the property she was also my agent. The house was prepped, listed, and showed by her and I was still out of state. We had an offer within four hours of listing and under contract in four days and sold shortly after. As much as I liked selling the home, I am truly sad that I won't continue the professional relationship that was cultivated over the years. I know without hesitation that she would be my first choice if I decide to purchase in the area again or for any general advice. Paula and BNB are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend!
