We had the pleasure of working with Greer multiple times—first in 2019 when we purchased our first property. The experience was nothing short of amazing. We were able to close in under two weeks thanks to Greer's efficiency and professionalism. Greer secured multiple builder incentives for us and kept communication clear and consistent throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Greer treated us like family, and that made all the difference. Fast forward to 2024, we returned to Greer without hesitation when we were ready to buy our second property. Once again, Greer went above and beyond—negotiating strongly on our behalf with the builder and, at the same time, managing the listing and sale of our first home. Greer got it sold within just a couple of weeks! Greer's dedication, expertise, and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart. We’re incredibly grateful for everything Greer has done for us and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our real estate needs.
