In 2016 Kristi was the agent who showed me 11 houses that met my criteria. She found the perfect home for me and that closing went so smoothly. Now I have recently sold that home using Kristi as my agent she knows the market well she definitely knows how to feature special areas of the home and property. Don’t underestimate Kristi when she has your listing you are an excellent hands. my home was on the market for a week and she went through all the offers. She knew my criteria and used that knowledge to tell buyers who were making offers that they needed to bring their A game and best price offer. Kristi gave this one on one attention even though I knew she had many other listings. I felt like I was her only listing because she made me feel that way. Kristi does such a fantastic job that I recommended her to my neighbor, who also was selling due to health circumstances. She knows sooner got that house listed then she was getting offers on that house. You have a good agent when you’ve used them before and you continue using them and you recommend them to others. I have no problem Kristi you should choose her as your agent, you will love her and the results she gets for you.

Andrew is truly the best. Andrew is the most patient and compassionate realtor I’ve ever worked with. I was relocating from out of state and always made time for me when I sporadically wanted to see homes. He never made me feel pressured or like a burden. Andrew is kind, even checking up with me after I purchased to make sure I was happy in my home. Andrew helped me secure a rental while I was still living in another state by going and FaceTiming me. He truly goes above and beyond. After I was here and ready to purchase, as soon as I called - he was ready to go. I have purchased three homes and worked with multiple realtors in the past and I have never felt as cared for as when I worked with Andrew.
