With over 40 years of Buying and Selling our Homes with the assistance of an Agent we would describe our experience with Robin as excellent, she is truly one of the best Agents we ever worked with. She truly cares about every aspect of the buying and selling process and about the people she works with. She will bird dog other Agents, Lenders and Contractors until she gets answers for her Buyers and will not leave you hanging in limbo. She will stand with you during both the good times and the bad until the Sale is completed. She gives a 120% of her time to ensure the sale will go thru, she saved our purchase several times by being proactive and staying on top of the situation, other Agents we have worked with in the past would not have put the time or effort into the purchase to ensure a successful outcome. We have and will recommend Robin to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell their home. We will definitely use Robin in the future if we decide to buy another or sell our Home.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth (“Liz”) Rusnack. We had the privilege of working with her for over a year until we found our perfect home, and she exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Liz is the complete package - professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She knows the area like the back of her hand and used that expertise to help us make informed decisions with confidence. What stood out most was her communication and accessibility. No matter the time or day, she was always available to answer questions, address concerns, and schedule showings. She consistently kept us updated, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though we knew she was working with other clients, Liz made us feel like we were her top priority. If you’re looking for a realtor who combines professionalism, local expertise, and genuine care, Liz is the one. We couldn’t imagine going through this journey with anyone else and are so grateful for her guidance in helping us find our dream home.
