Where to start? From the moment we met Nancy we were impressed with her knowledge and experience. Then charmed by her warmth and sincerity! She was there with us every step of the way, holding our hands when needed, directing us when requested, bolstering us when our spirits flagged and advising us with sage knowledge as needed. I actually can’t imagine going through both selling and buying a new home with anyone else! Both went to closing without a hitch because she put in the work ahead of time. There were some fierce bidding wars both selling and buying, and her negotiation skills were beyond par! Without her, we would have lost our dream home, and that is not an exaggeration. It was that close of a thing. She went above and beyond to pull us to the finish line. We just can’t thank her enough! BEST. AGENT. EVER.

Al was a great resource helping me find investment properties in Ocala, FL and I am looking forward to working with him again.
