This was also my first experience with a realtor who actually had a professional photographer with lighting come in to take pictures which turned out phenomenal and led to us selling our home on the first day! When we looked at homes she would check on things I would not have thought of, for example, I knew nothing of septic tank homes, she had all the information I would need, she knew which air handlers were good models, and since the process of buying and selling has changed dramatically when I bought a home 15 years ago, she made the process go quite smoothly for me. I was pleased with Nancy’s negotiating skills as well in buying my new home. I have recommended her to a friend already.

Remote purchaser - She coordinated all the necessary inspections, after helping us find the right house. Beverly pointed out issues with some listings, and listened to our specific needs and preferences, helping us to find, ultimately, the "RIGHT" house.
