After our offer was accepted, Raena sent us a clear and detailed email outlining everything we needed to do next. She handled all communication with the title company, arranged the inspection, and even connected us with a company to provide an insurance estimate for the house. Raena went above and beyond for us—she was absolutely fabulous.
