Jennifer Trial was insightful and extremely helpful with purchase of our home I would highly recommend her as a realtor to use

Jennifer was great. We got her name from a previous client and friend of ours. She was extremely helpful and walked us thru everything. As soon as she put the house on the market, we got a few potential buyers. It was on the market for 2 weeks, and we found our buyer, the price was right, and closing was in less than a month. Would HIGHLY recommend her. Thanks Soo much Jennifer. It was our Blessings and pleasure to work with you.

Coming from out of state, we first met Jennifer via a phone call as we were looking for someone to help us with our search for a home around The Villages, FL. Right from the start, it was very apparent that she knew her market and profession. We discussed what we were looking for, picked a date we would drive down to meet with her and the rest was easy. Jennifer had a list of homes to show us and she quickly adapted to our likes and dislikes. Within a three day span we found our perfect home and she helped us negotiate an offer that was accepted. After returning to our home, she was forever available for questions, helped us navigate the paperwork and even advised us on the community we we’re moving into. She was so attentive the whole way and even helped us with a delivery that arrived earlier than expected and secured the items. She made us feel like we were her only client and never missed a call or text. I hope to never move again but if we do, Jennifer will be our agent.
