I inherited from my mother pasture land in Anthony, it has been leased out since the 1960's. I had two names, one address and a very old copy of the lease. Jennifer did all the leg work and found a mutual agreement to end the lease. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and the property sold in three months at a price very close to what I believed it to be worth. Jennifer made everything very easy for me and I highly recommend her services.
