Extremely Patient and knowledgeable

Dora is a great realtor and a supportive person. Her knowledge of the market and real estate procedures made a stressful process more manageable. We were dealing with a complicated estate. Dora dealt with many roadblocks and guided us patiently through. Ultimately selling the home above asking price. If I could give 10 starts I would!

Andrea did an exceptional job in househunting for me to find my perfect home. She did days worth of research to find a place within my budget, Researching monthly expenses, utilities, and HOA fees. I sent Andrea dozens of listings and she researched each one to make sure what we were looking for would fit my needs. She ended up finding me a beautiful condo in Inverness, Was able to get me the property under asking price and closed in less than 30 days. Andrea was able to do great negotiating For the sale of my home and I am comfortably settled in to my condo that came mostly furnished as well.
