Our family worked with Maria Isabel to acquire our first home in 2021, and now again in 2026 she helped us sell it. She is simply incredible; she is an honest person with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to your goals and what you want. Her optimism always helps you see the positive side of every situation. She was always clear in communicating the processes and their timelines, and for anything beyond her control, she always found the right solution. My only and most honest recommendation is that when you need a realtor, contact Maria Isabel, share your vision and expectations with her, and I assure you that you won't hesitate to work with her.

This is the 2nd property that I have purchased with Maria's help and will continue working with her for future investments. I especially enjoy the peace of mind that I feel when she's involved. Maria will do her best to make herself available for any and all necessary appointments to make sure that the buyer gets the best outcome. I also appreciate that she listens to her clients' questions, concerns and/or comments without being dismissive. She will follow up in a timely manner, if she doesn't have the information being requested. I look forward to my next home purchase already.

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help me buy my new home. From day one, Maria has always been responsive, kept me informed, and made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. Her knowledge of the market gave me confidence in every decision, and her negotiation skills helped me achieve a great outcome. Most importantly, she is very professional, patient, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. I always felt supported and never pressured. I'm so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
