As first time homeowners we were a bit scare about the buying process, but he was patient, and answer every question we had. I remember the first day we signed the contract, Ernest told us that he was not going to be calm or leave us alone until we had the key to our home, and that is what happened. Buying our first home was a short but intense process, there were ups and downs, but we made it and today my family is extremely grateful that Ernest never left us alone until we finished the whole process.
