Despite the somewhat convoluted process home buying can be, Lucinda made everything run as smoothly as possible. She not only organized the myriad assortment of inspections, appraisals, and general chaos, but she went above and beyond to be communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering my 47 million questions. I felt like she 100% listened to what my needs were, what I could afford, and made every effort to make it happen.
