Roger has been my real estate agent in the Florida Ocala area for over 12 years. I have rented and sold my investment real estate using Roger. Roger has guided me through thick and thin. I am an out of state investor and do not live in Florida. I have great comfort in not having to think about what real estate agent to use. Over the years, Roger has placed top notch tenants into two rental properties I owned every time there was a vacancy. I have now sold the two properties I owned for over ten years using Roger as my agent. In September of 2020, Roger handled the sale of the last property. Being from out of town, Roger handled everything for me. Prior to listing properties for sale, Roger arranged for the renovations, repairs and cleaning of the properties. He was a one stop full service Agent. Both sales / closings were the smoothest and fastest transactions I have ever experienced. The system in Florida is great and Roger is Fantastic!

She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the home and area. She worked with us on every aspect of the sale. From the inspections through the closing. Continuing to maintain communication with my wife and I throughout the process and helping us with communication with the title company. Going so far as 3 months after closing, she called my wife to check how things were going ( even though by then she was completely out of the process) . My wife mentioned a problem with the title company and Sally volunteered to contact them on our behalf and she got results for us. That is dedication to her profession and her clients.
