It was a complete pleasure working with Kim Costa from START to FINISH. If you are looking for a realtor to work with that has: 1 the highest ethical standards, a person you can TRUST 2 a thorough understanding of the regional real estate market with the ability to market and attract potential buyers from outside the region. 3 a person to guide you in the pros and cons of certain contract language 4 if listing; will prepare a professional portfolio for marketing your property 5 will guide you through the complete responsibilities of buyers and sellers in property transactions 6 excellent communication skills and will promptly return your emails and voice mails. Kim was introduced by a common acquaintance when my sister was looking to move from her home to an assisted living facility. As she is also a Senior Living Consultant, Kim interviewed my sister and coordinated excellent facility options. She assisted in connecting us with Concierge Services and Movers to get the selected assisted living apartment set up. When my sister realized moving back into her home was not going to be an option, it was a "no brainer" to List the Home for Sale with Kim. She QUICKLY completed a market analysis and price recommendation (higher than I was expecting) and once the listing was contracted, had the house details posted on Realtor.com and Zillow. She included an extensive portfolio of aerial, exterior, and interior photos of the property. The home was placed on the market in late third quarter of 2025 and was under contract in early March 2026. The market in The Villages was slow-moving with a high volume of competition. We followed Kim’s advice in making a couple of small price adjustments as she instilled confidence the Market would improve in the last quarter of the year and first quarter 2026. Working with Dawna Cantway was an absolute pleasure. Her knowledge and professionalism can’t be beat.
