We’ve known James and his wife for nearly 12 years — long before he became our agent — and choosing him to guide us through this home‑buying process was one of the best decisions we made. James helped us find a great inspector, walked us through multiple blue‑tape walkthroughs, and even he and his wife (Brittany) answered several lender‑related questions for us despite the fact that we weren’t using them as a lender due to builder incentives. He never hesitated to help, even when the questions weren’t technically his responsibility — and some of those answers were extremely important for us. He showed up every single time we needed him, including at closing, and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift card.
