Lydia was an excellent realtor that always dropped whatever she was doing to make sure that we were able to see the properties that we were interested in. No pressure guided and directed us to areas she knew we would love. Loved her passion for making sure we were satisfied and not wasting our time. Who would show her homes and she would give us her opinion since she knew exactly what we wanted and what we were looking for. We found our forever home and we are super excited and overjoyed that we were able to find the house we feel we've always lived in. It was just waiting for us to arrive. Would highly recommend for your realtor 👍❤️

Lydia Todd did a stellar job selling our property in Sorrento, Florida. She has a wonderful personality, and we loved working with her. We’re so pleased with the job she did and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

We had such an amazing experience working with Lydia especially as first-time homebuyers! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She was always there to answer any questions we had, no matter how silly we thought they might be, and she made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. She made the entire home buying process feel fast, easy, and much less overwhelming than we expected. One of the things we appreciated most was her amazing network of professionals. She connected us with trusted people who helped with all of the different logistics that come along with buying a home, which made everything so much easier for us as the buyers. We truly couldn't have asked for a better realtor for our first home-buying experience. We are so thankful for all of her help, guidance, and support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
