Maria Law is the type of person to bend her back backwards for anyone. She has helped us since last year to find the perfect home, which we did the beginning of 2020! Great start to the new year! Maria is very familiar with the local areas, and is very informative with any house of interest. She would send me listings daily of specific homes that she thought I might like, which I am a very picky person haha! She was there for us through the entire process and never gave up on us. She gives great advice and has amazing ideas. Her personality is sweet and honest, and thats how a realtor should be. She was just not my realtor...during that time, she became my friend and I would 100% recommend her to everyone! Coldwell banker is extremely lucky to have Maria on their team.

My experience with James as my realtor proved to be a knowledgeable one. I was very naïve about how to sell a home and James through his expertise and communication skills made me feel right it is what I didn’t know he answered and he even listen to me when I didn’t understand something I wanted to vent. James managed to sell my property within three days of a listing and I would hire him again, because I felt like I hired my best friend. He was very knowledgeable about the area prospect of me selling and also was comforting to me so that I was not worried about it. He did a great job!
