We have moved many times over the years without problems. Now with the high tech world, we were lost and confused moving out of state. Brenda walked us through each step of the real estate selling process and was available all hours of the day. No question was too silly or minor for her to take time to review with us and make sure were understood clearly. From Brenda's guidance, professional photography and enthusiasm for showing a home correctly, we had an immediate offer and sale. Thanks to Brenda for her skill and first class knowledge of real estate, our home sale closed smoothly and efficiently. Thank you Brenda Garland...you are the best!

After trying to act as my own buying agent scouring zillow for properties and guessing my way through several failed offers, I was looking for a real estate agent with both knowledge of the Manatee County market and moral character that I could trust to look out for my family's best interests. I am lucky that I found Michelle. Not only does she have those qualities, she also knows how to best communicate with me, other agents, other professionals with warm respect and blunt clarity. Originally we priced my home high because my timeline allowed some room to test the market waters. When a much lower offer came in, I immediately wanted to dismiss it, but Michelle explained why I should reconsider. She worked with the buying agent toward the offer that I was happy to accept. Michelle is also hard-working. During a first walk-through of the home we are happily settled in now, my husband left his cell phone in the attic while inspecting insulation and roofing. The house was locked up tight by the time we found out that his phone was missing around 6pm. I called Michelle to let her know what had happened, and without missing a beat she offered to get the phone. That night she drove all the way back from Bradenton to her home in the Ellenton area to grab a truck and ladder. She then drove back to Bradenton, climbed the ladder and dug around the ceiling insulation to find my husband's cell phone. The following morning he picked up his phone from her front porch on the way to work. I certainly did not expect and do not expect that kind of generosity, but it is one of many examples that show Michelle Ward is one in a million.
