Lee Brewer and his Remax Team have assisted me on multiple purchases and sales. He has so many connections and was able to get me a showing when the listing agent wouldn't give me the time of day! He was most helpful when It was time for me to list my own property. My house needed alot of work and Lee was able to point me in the right direction as to what would be best to attract the right buyer. He also put me in touch with sub contractors that could handle everything from plumbing to landscaping. I highly recommend Lee Brewer and will most certainly use him again.
Seller of 3961 Waypoint Avenue, Osprey
WOW! What a great experience! Lee Brewer is a Brilliant Real Estate Broker. He produces results. My wife and I worked together with Lee to downsize. We sold one home and purchased another. Lee is amazing! He sold our home quickly for a very fair price. Not only did he sell our home. We needed to find a new home as well. Lee is so knowledgable and savvy. We found our forever home, got a great deal, and closed within a few weeks. This was a painless process due to Lee's expertise, responsiveness and local knowledge. He made everything easy, from start to finish. My wife and I love to get 5 star service. Lee provides 5 star service. We couldn't be happier.

My husband and I worked with Tiffany for a couple years. Tiffany takes the time to understand what you’re looking for, location, price point, size of home, and so many other things. She is not pushy as we experienced with other realtors, extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. She is truly one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. After several years of us torchering her, 😀 she found us our home. To this day we continue to keep in touch. She cares about her clients. She’s the best.

I told Beth my housing requirements, budget, and time frame. She got to work quickly finding prospective properties. She was very flexible setting up showings around my crazy work schedule. It was refreshing finding an agent who listened to their client. Her experience and professionalism gave me confidence I would find my new home....and I DID!
