Some people say "it takes a village" to get things done; with Brittany Fields and Shari Norwick, it took only a couple of highly motivated Realtors to put some great intergenerational talents and skills to work for us to get the job done. Our property actually appealed to a young couple who were probably around the ages of Brittany and her husband Micah who also had 2 young children. Shari's experience in navigating the current market conditions was tremendously helpful because we had to find the right Buyer and the right solution for this Buyer's financial situation. It also helped that Shari and Brittany have a village of expert and readily available talented contractors that cover the gamut from landscaping to new light fixtures to custom bathroom mirror treatments.
