I met Tracey more than 3 years ago, when I was looking at a house she was selling. I liked her helpfulness and personality, so I held on to her card. I was busy caring for my mother, so I put off moving to Sarasota. While visiting my cousin in early January, a unit in the same development came on the market, I called Tracey. She got me in to see it the next day, and we made an offer. The seller countered, I countered back and we came to an agreement on Saturday --2 days after I called Tracey! She helped me through all the necessary paperwork and inspection, and we closed on the 31st of January. It couldn't have gone smoother! She exceeded all my expectations!

Keith handled this in the most professional way we have ever experienced! His attention to detail and ability to head off problem areas before they began were remarkable! He, and he alone, was able to keep our closing date on track in spite of the difficulty experienced by the financing party by providing an alternative way to complete the remote contract notarization requirements.
