I can’t say enough good things about Brad. His devotion to communication and his responsiveness made a world of difference for us. He was fully engaged from start to finish, always on top of the next step and keeping us informed every step of the way. We felt supported and are very grateful for his hard work!

Listing my property with Flat Rate Realty was a great experience. Stephen was prompt and professional. They made all the listing updates quickly and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend them.

Audrey made sure the closing was continuously moving along. She was quick to address any issues and assisted in resolving any issue that was encountered. She was keeping the Buyer (through their agent) aware of the delays encountered and reassured them that the closing was moving forward.

Pat has a proven track record of being knowledgeable, experienced and not afraid to be tough, when needed. She helped us purchase this property years ago. When it came time to sell, she was absolutely the only choice. We felt that no matter the situation, she always had our best interest in mind. She will do right by her clients - always.

Without a doubt his experience had made this a very easy sale. I didnt have much knowledge in selling a house but with his help explaining the entire process and being in constant contact even through covid made it very easy. He was alwaya friendly with a great personality and most importantly kept in great contact witg all of my questions. Definitely the person im going to if i ever need to again
