Our experience with Lise Wosick was top notch during the time of our purchase of land in Port Charlotte. She was very knowledgeable in the area in which we were looking. It helps that an agent knows about the surrounding area, and that was instrumental in our decision. She drove us and toured us around the city and downtown. It gave us a feel of what it would be like to live in the area. She also was very pleasant to work with, and there was no rush or pressure to make a choice. She also assisted us with all the paperwork and her contacts in the industry made for a very stress-free experience. We will definitely work with her again, and I would recommend anyone we know that is looking to do any real estate transaction to work with her. Thank you, Lise, for a great experience.

I finally closed on my home August 26th, 2025. Bryan was there to walk me through the process and was always quick to respond when I had a question. He was always open and honest with every step. Thank you Bryan for being there by my side and helping me find my home.

David’s respectful and professional demeanor put me at ease right away. He offered excellent advice while listening to my concerns. David went above and beyond making sure the transition of the sell went smooth. I am very pleased to have had David as my agent. I would highly recommend David Mills as your realtor. Thank you David!!
