We recently contacted Ann Marie when we were starting to look for a new home. She showed us homes we wanted to see and others she thought we would like. She found the perfect home for us. Everything on our wish list and more! Ann Marie worked to get our house sold quickly to enable us to buy our dream home. The whole process seemed overwhelming at first, but with Ann Marie’s guidance we felt comfortable and very satisfied with all decisions we made. We are so impressed with her dedication and work ethic. We started this process as her clients but now consider Ann Marie as our friend. If we ever move again, Ann Marie will be the first person we call. We recommend Ann Marie to anyone looking for a realtor. She is the best!

Madison did a great job of handling the sale of our townhouse and went the extra steps during this COVID-19 pandemic!

I recently had the good fortune to hire and work with Janette Schafer as my real estate professional and Realtor. Janette is supported by an excellent team of coworkers who played a critical role in addressing numerous issues involved in marketing a significant property during these economically challenging times. I chose Janette because she impressed me with her straightforward, blunt, hardworking, and extremely honest approach. In our current market conditions, she upheld those values consistently. She was always available to answer my questions and to solve any problem that arose, with a true “can-do” attitude. I’m grateful for the tireless efforts she and her team put forth. I’m also extremely appreciative of the final result they delivered through hard work, extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and an unwavering no-quit attitude. Janette and her team have earned my highest recommendation! Robert W Attorney At Law
