Joe is one the best agents by far! We have been looking for our forever home for a while. Joe never pressured us to pick a home quickly, letting us be lookie-loos for as long as it took. His knowledge of the market and expertise in all things real-estate was key. He actively listens to your needs, communicates well, schedules as many showings as you need. Often viewing the home himself with us on facetime. When we found our forever home, he was with us every step of the way, helping with inspections and anything else needed. Thank you Joe for helping us find our perfect forever home!

I encourage anyone seeking the best real estate agent in the Sarasota/Bradenton area to partner with Michele Tanner and her team. Her extensive knowledge of this market, coupled with her attention to detail and very strong negotiation skills are superb. My wife and I have bought and sold 9 homes in our lifetime, and she ranks as the best.

Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful in selling our property. He went beyond normally provided services of an agent offering help to both seller and buyer in closing the sale of our home in the least amount of time. A real pro!
