Alice in our experience is very unique when it comes to realtors in Marco Island. She took time with us, looked at several properties in many locations on the island, and always had time to meet or discuss what we were looking for. We had several areas we were considering, South Beach Area, Smokehouse Bay, Residence Beach, Old Marco, etc. Alice took us to each of those areas, listened to our comments, and really found a property that would fit both of our desires, which were quite different.
