Emily Konosapek is a genuine native of SW Florida and the quintessential professional. She went well above and beyond with the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. Always attentive, caring and very honest. She answered texts and calls very quickly with her engaging and straightforward demeanor - she made both ends of the transaction go seamlessly. She assisted me with my own staging and in so many ways that other realtors would never have taken the extra time to help with. She was realistic with what I could afford rather than giving me empty promises. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone selling or buying their home for her expertise, unsurpassed knowledge, experience, and honest advice. If you want a realtor to give you unrealistic expectations where your house is on the market for months, then I suggest you look elsewhere because Emily is at the top of her game with a no-nonsense approach; you won’t regret it!

They are very knowledgeable and have their finger on the pulse of what is happening with real estate in Southwest Florida. They helped us with referrals for everything that we needed for our new home. They showed us numerous properties in a short period of time and helped us to accomplish our home buying goal. They were excellent in the negotiation process and were there for everything that we needed to accomplish for the closing. I would highly recommend them.

Had recently very good experience buying a property with Egesta. She knows the market, provided us all the information we needed and took care of all details during the closing process. Very smooth transition.
