Susan performed a through market analysis of our home. She educated herself on the specific details of materials used in the construction of our home such as y tong block. She worked with us marketing the home and communicated well every step of the way. Our home was pending within 2 weeks.

So where to start, WE ARE POTENTIALLY THE WORST CUSTOMERS KATELYNN HAS EVER, EVER, EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH!!! We just finally closed on a beautiful house having failed on the 4 houses we were under contract with prior. Each house we were under contract with kept on turning out to be a lemon, from double short sales, category 1 streams running through the property, major structural issues, uncompromising sellers, you name it, we had it! Throughout all these nightmare houses Katelynn remained professional, courteous and just generally pleasant with us where many may have run for the hills. I would guestimate we viewed in total around 80 different properties and each time Katelynn was more than willing to show us the next one. She is incredibly fast with returning emails, texts, and phone calls and also brings incredibly valuable knowledge of the housing industry. I will happily recommend katelynn to anyone I know in the market to sell or buy property. On a personal note both myself, daughter and wife will miss Katelynn after spending so much time over the past year with her. We may even pretend to be looking for an additional property just so we can hang out but ssshhhh don't tell Katelynn :o)
