Mellisa was great from the beginning we had a nice long phone call on exactly what I was looking for. She knew the area very well and came up with great ideas on units to see. I scheduled the day to meet and tour the homes. She was on time and had a folder with all the units that we were going to see for that day with notes on things that I liked and didn't like. Once we decided to make an offer on a home she guided me through the whole process with all the information needed to seal the deal and close on the home.
