We were vacationing at Englewood Beach and fell in love with the area. We connected with Patricia and she promptly took us through several properties. While we did not find a condo that week we were able to tour additional offerings virtually as she kept us up to date on all listings. We were able to find a property and close due to her real estate knowledge and proactive negotiation skills. We highly recommend her to assist in finding your perfect home whether you are local or several states away.

Suzanne was proactive about getting our property listed and marketed and within a couple months we had sold the property. She is a knowledgeable, conscientious and hard working agent whom I would recommend to anyone.

I wanted a certain home to move to and get out of the cold! I also wanted a certain price and a great clean home. She found it!
