This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

I bought my first house with Gabriela more than 10 years ago and now she helped me sell it and bought a new home for my daughter and for me. She always gave me an honest advice and answered all my questions at any time. Great experience doing a process that is so stressful. Btw, she is also bilingual. God bless you Gabriela 😊
