I recently had the pleasure of working with Juan Miguel Corando to purchase our new retirement home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Juan was professional. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Juan and his team came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiation skills were first-rate – they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Throughout our journey, Juan demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information on a particular property, they took it all in stride. They went out of their way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding.

They were very responsive. Communication couldn’t have been better or faster when I had questions. They seemed very knowledgeable of the market in extremely professional.

The best customer service experience working with Amanda! She has exceptional local market knowledge and goes above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommend Amanda as the best real estate agent in Naples, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas.

Bob has been helping us get our condo up and running for rentals, but I decided to sell as we already had another unit in same complex and we wanted to just focus on one. He was there with us, through all the trials and tribulations. Never wavered and kept us positive on every aspect. Bob is a class act. And would highly recommend his knowledge, energy and willingness to keep going with you for the long haul.
