Kate worked very hard in a tough market to get my house sold. We had a very difficult buyer that required a lot of extra time and effort on her part. She never lost her optimistic, cheerful attitude. And I considered her a good friend at the end of the deal. I have never heard a negative comment about Kate, as a matter of fact, she is considered the hardest working realtor in the area. It shows in her success rate how much time and energy she puts into her job. She consistently updates you on the market, the feedback and showings and gives honest opinions on asking prices, but readily listens to your opinions and needs.

Working with Laurie Myette was hands-down the best decision we made. We have purchased and sold land as well as found the perfect vacation home with her help. From day one, she was patient and understanding as we navigated our way from land to home. She took the stress out of an unusually tricky situation when purchasing the vacation home. Her communication was flawless, and we never felt like we were in the dark. If you want someone who is professional, proactive, and genuinely cares about your outcome, look no further.

Kate was outstanding. Her knowledge of the local market was spot on. She helped negotiate a great price for us on the sale of our prior property and our new home.
