This was quite the process to manage because we were in Florida for only a few weeks and then headed home to Massachusetts. Yvonne guided us through the buying process, listed and showed our condo in Bonita Springs, coordinated showings with our renters, recommended companies for home inspection, secured the name of a handyman to make a repair at the condo, and a multitude of other tasks to smooth the way of our purchase of our home and the sale of our condo.
