Stefan was amazingly helpful; being new to the area he did a great job telling us about the different areas, telling us what to know about purchasing in Florida, and telling us things to look out for like flood ratings and home history. He also made sure we got the best deal possible. He never rushed us and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Heath stepped in to take on our listing after another realtor could not get any traction after 90 days on market.
