My real estate agent was Lori Bowden. This is my first time selling a home so she was diligent in walking me through every step: from staging my home and to the closing table. My home was under contract in three days from listing and there were also multiple offers. I received texts, emails, and calls through the entire process. I was not alone. Her long tenure truly showed through her knowledge, compassion, and skills. I would recommend her over and over again. I would absolutely use her again.

Kacey was a standout when we interviewed agents. She looked the part of a professional and presented information about today's market and updated strategies for marketing and closing our home sale. Kacey subscribes sellers to Showing Time, whereby we were automatically notified of the date and time of each requested showing, and given feedback from the buyer's agent. That feedback was taken as a learning experience to prepare for future showings. Because we were listing an empty house, Kacey used a photographer who stages the home with AI. The photos do state that AI is used, but she also posted photos of the rooms as empty. The combination of "what is" and "what could be" brought in a lot of potential buyers. In the current buyer's market, it's important to find a great agent. More importantly, with the challenges that this market brings, it's important to sign with an agent who has a great personality, listens as well as talks, and is just overall great to deal with!
