Hello, my experience with Teresa Herraiz was a moment I will never forget! I met her through my life's journey a divorce that required the selling of my house. At first, I wasn't receptive but, God worked through her. She's a individual that has compassion, patience, respect, experience, knowledgeable and true faith for her area of expertise. She's definitely an asset to Coldwell Banker but a heavenly sent Blessing for my children and myself! Thanks God Bless you always!

We worked with Annette to both sell our previous home and purchase a new build. Annette worked the buyers to get us top dollar for our home and she negotiated to get us a discounted rate on the new build. While our builder was very difficult to work with, Annette was on our side the whole time. She almost always answers her phone, she does the research to give you informed answers and she knows the market to always be up to date. We ended up selling our house above asking price and buying the new home which was appraised with the purchase price $30k under current market value. Annette is the realtor for you!
