I had a nice experience in purchasing my condo, easy to communicate and fast response.

Mrs. Norine was the best person that I could have met this year. and her husband, S/O to Mr. Mike as well. I was searching for my first home this year and I was able to find it with the help of Mrs. Norine. I started my search for purchasing my home in Feb-March. I had met with several realtors in the Tampa Bay Area. However there was no one who I really connected with. I reached out to a very good friend and she connected me with Mrs. Norine. Mrs. Norine would drive from Punta Gorda to Tampa anytime I wanted to see a home or would connect me with a realtor so that they could show me the house. I tried to make sure every drive was worth it, taking into consideration her commute. I worked 2 jobs at the time and she worked with my schedule and limited availability. We looked in different areas as she listened to my needs and wants. She really took care of me. She warned me of things I should be cautious about like termites, and seeing the potential a house can have besides just looking pretty. She literally held my hand during this whole process. she also recommended me to her loaner, who was also very patient and informative throughout the whole process. This home buying process is a rollercoaster and I do not think-actually I know I could have not have done it with her! I will forever be grateful for her and her knowledge. If you are looking for someone who CARES about you and your future, she is definitely the one. I was on a timeline to close before August and we were able to close first week of July! She's amazing! She's literally the best. I would recommend her every time. I am so fortunate that we had the chance to get and get to know each other during this process! Laurie was the best and did an excellent job surfacing the condo I purchased and negotiating a deal that was not your typical purchase agreement. I would not hesitate to work with Lauries again!
