Sean has worked with me 3 times in the past 2 years and his expertise and knowledge is amazing! He is very personable, always on time & confident in the vast knowledge he has about Real Estate sales, particularly in the Southwest area of Florida. He has sold for me 2 homes, 1 literally sold in 1 day, months before it was completed! Sold a piece of vacant land literally, again, had an offer in 2 days. He does his 'homework' and will get back to you promptly with his suggestions about YOUR sale and answer any questions you have. I would NOT CONSIDER using anyone else.

Grant Burns is the type of person, that makes you feel at ease, from the minute you meet him. He is professional, friendly, and extremely easy to do business with. Very knowledgeable and prompt. He has all the traits, that make an otherwise stressful job, in to a pleasant experience. My sister, from out of state, purchased property. Since I live in the area, I represented her. Grant handled the entire transaction efficiently and promptly. I would definitely use him again, and highly recommend him.
