We had an excellent experience working with Jesse Xu. From the beginning, she was patient, attentive, and committed to helping us find the right home. Our search was extensive—Jesse showed us about 40 homes in just four days. She remained encouraging throughout, never rushing or pressuring us, and always kept our best interests in mind. Her market knowledge, attention to detail, and negotiation skills made the process seamless. She guided us through preparing and negotiating our offer, managed every detail through closing, and gave us confidence at each step. What meant the most was that her support continued after we received the keys. Jesse offered helpful advice and recommendations as we settled into our new home, showing how genuinely she cared. We feel fortunate to have worked with Jesse. She is professional, thoughtful, trustworthy, and a wonderful person. We began with Jesse as our realtor and finished feeling that we had gained a lifelong family friend. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in Sarasota/Tampa area.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jessie during the purchase of our new home. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive. As home buyers, we had many questions throughout the process, and Jessie always took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we felt comfortable with each step. She was very attentive to our needs and truly cared about helping us find the right home rather than simply closing a deal. During negotiations, inspections, paperwork, and all the details in between, she stayed organized and kept everything moving smoothly. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt supported and informed throughout the entire journey. Buying a home can be stressful, but Jessie made the experience feel much easier and more manageable. We are extremely grateful for all of her hard work, dedication, and guidance. We would absolutely recommend Jessie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you again for helping us purchase our beautiful new home!
