David was the agent I used when I bought my house eight years ago. At that time there was a glut of homes on the market. I was a first-time buyer, and I didn't know what I was looking for. Besides that, I lived up north and only visited Florida periodically to look at houses. David was extremely patient with me as I figured out what I liked and didn't like. He kept in touch with me by email and sent me websites of homes that might interest me. Each time I flew down to look at homes, he was always available.
